Stock, non-custom items may be returned within 30 days in their original condition and packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a Return Authorization Number, contact us at (203) 655-0185 or email customercare@babybox.com.

Please clearly write your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the return package and ship your return to:

Shipping Your Return

We recommend using UPS, FedEx, or Insured Parcel Post to ensure safe delivery. BabyBox.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit without proof of delivery.

Product availability is noted on each item page. If an item is back-ordered, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

Ground Shipping
Estimated delivery in 5–7 business days

Express 2-Day Shipping
Estimated delivery in 2 business days
Available for an additional $8.00

Overnight Shipping
Estimated delivery in 1 business day
Available for an additional $15.00

Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on the destination, package size, and shipping method selected.

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is available starting at $9.95.
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $150.

Express 2-Day shipping is available for an additional $8.00.
Overnight shipping is available for an additional $15.00.

Large gifts, oversized items, heavy items, special-order items, or manufacturer-direct items may require additional shipping charges and may not be eligible for expedited delivery.

Gift Services

Premium gift wrapping is available for $10 and includes:

  • A tissue-lined gift box
  • Ribbon
  • A gift card

Sales Tax

Sales tax is collected on orders shipped to Connecticut addresses.

Delivery Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You may track your package through the carrier website included in your shipping confirmation.

Twins & Multiples Discount

Parents of twins or multiples receive a 20% discount on two or more identical items totaling $500 or more. Please contact us for assistance applying this discount.
