When selecting colors for this particular design, we suggest that you select bold contrasting colors.
When filling in order form, Please enter/type Initial in UPPERCASE, Name in Mixed case
We cannot use Pale Pink with White or Off White. We will default to Medium Pink if Pale Pink is selected. Please see FAQs page regarding Low Contrast Colors.
We cannot guarantee dye lots on all colors.
We can not use special characters such as quotation marks, periods, dashes, accent marks, number, "&", etc. (with exception where indicated on designs) .

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Product availability is noted in the product description. However, if an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you via email and place it on back order. Some items ship directly from the manufacturer rather than our distribution center, which may require additional time for delivery.
We offer Standard (5-7 business days) and Express (1-2 business days) shipping, delivered via UPS, FedEx Ground, or USPS. Shipping times vary by item and are in addition to production time. Please note that items ordered together may ship separately.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30-day return policy on all stock items. Special/custom orders cannot be returned, and shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or special orders, including but not limited to custom-made bedding, furniture, room designs, artwork, custom lighting, christening wear, mattresses, changing pads, personalized items, and monogrammed items, are not eligible for returns. If there is an issue with any non-returnable item, please contact us within 7 business days for assistance.
