Classic navy stripe with your choice of color pop with personalized name, we love our new ear flap hat with cozy ear flaps is a wonderful gift for any child. Made from soft 100% cotton and available in 22 different colors. Each hat features a classic stripe on the top in any two colors of your choice and a third color is used for the personalized name. As a finishing touch, each hat is designed with coordinating tassles at the top. Convenient ties keep this hat in place on windy days or playing in the snow. Ear Flaps to keep your little one warm and snuggly! Excellent quality and workmanship. Add the matching scarf and mittens for the complete look. Scarf characters will be personalized with monogram only or short name.

Sizing Guidelines: children's head sizes vary so please choose carefully. These hats are hand knit so slight size variances occur.

Infant = Usually fits most 0-2 years, approximately 17 inch circumference.
Toddler = Usually fits most 2-4 years, approximately 20 inch circumference
Child = 4T and up (up to teen), approximately 22 inch circumference.

Custom knit to order for each customer and not returnable.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Product availability is noted in the product description. However, if an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you via email and place it on back order. Some items ship directly from the manufacturer rather than our distribution center, which may require additional time for delivery.

We offer Standard (5-7 business days) and Express (1-2 business days) shipping, delivered via UPS, FedEx Ground, or USPS. Shipping times vary by item and are in addition to production time. Please note that items ordered together may ship separately.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy on all stock items. Special/custom orders cannot be returned, and shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Custom or special orders, including but not limited to custom-made bedding, furniture, room designs, artwork, custom lighting, christening wear, mattresses, changing pads, personalized items, and monogrammed items, are not eligible for returns. If there is an issue with any non-returnable item, please contact us within 7 business days for assistance.
