With a 12" profile, the EOS organic mattress will transform from an extra-firm all the way to a plush. It consists of a 3" top comfort layer as well as an 8" bottom support layer - all wrapped up in our signature EOS organic mattress encasement for premium quality and performance plus a finish that screams luxury!
Build your dream mattress while customizing to your exact comfort needs. You can even select different comfort levels for you and your sleep partner. If you're not sure what to choose, just try one! You can always swap out your comfort layer(s) for free within 90 days and only pay for shipping (details). For those with latex sensitivities, you can build your dream organic mattress by substituting latex for microcoils.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Product availability is noted in the product description. However, if an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you via email and place it on back order. Some items ship directly from the manufacturer rather than our distribution center, which may require additional time for delivery.
We offer Standard (5-7 business days) and Express (1-2 business days) shipping, delivered via UPS, FedEx Ground, or USPS. Shipping times vary by item and are in addition to production time. Please note that items ordered together may ship separately.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30-day return policy on all stock items. Special/custom orders cannot be returned, and shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or special orders, including but not limited to custom-made bedding, furniture, room designs, artwork, custom lighting, christening wear, mattresses, changing pads, personalized items, and monogrammed items, are not eligible for returns. If there is an issue with any non-returnable item, please contact us within 7 business days for assistance.
