Description

This personalized satin ribbon 5/8" is our most popular ribbon and is just the right choice for adorning party favors, gifts & is ideal for corporate branding (using a logo or artwork of your choice). This luxurious ribbon comes in a continuous roll allowing up to 45 characters for Upper/Lower case and 35 characters for ALL CAPS. Ribbon comes with 8 to 12 imprints per yard with 1 to 1" of spacing between each imprint so you can personalize it with a message or child's name on it.

Ribbon colors are not exact. If you are uncertain of a ribbon color please call to request a sample as there are no returns or refunds allowed.

Can be personalized without any extra chargeWhat is the standard delivery time? A. Standard processing for most products is approximately 14 to 21 business days plus shipping time. (This is not a guaranteed time frame as certain circumstances may cause a longer delivery) Standard delivery excludes INTERNATIONAL orders which could take up to an additional 3 weeks. Since Holidays tend to get busy, orders can take up to a week longer.

Are Rush Orders available? A. Standard Rush orders must be phoned in to our customer service department at 1-203-655-0185. All orders placed prior to 3:00 EST will be shipped within 3 business days. Orders received after 3:00 pm will go out on the 4th business day. A standard Rush order is $25.00 per item/ Not per order. Holiday Rush orders are $50.00 per item and our holiday rush season is from October 1st through Decxember 17th. Shipping charges are extra. You may choose overnight, 2nd day air or ground service- we will rate shop your price according to your zip code and delivery area..

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Product availability is noted in the product description. However, if an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you via email and place it on back order. Some items ship directly from the manufacturer rather than our distribution center, which may require additional time for delivery.

We offer Standard (5-7 business days) and Express (1-2 business days) shipping, delivered via UPS, FedEx Ground, or USPS. Shipping times vary by item and are in addition to production time. Please note that items ordered together may ship separately.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy on all stock items. Special/custom orders cannot be returned, and shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Custom or special orders, including but not limited to custom-made bedding, furniture, room designs, artwork, custom lighting, christening wear, mattresses, changing pads, personalized items, and monogrammed items, are not eligible for returns.
