Please place your order below by selecting the quantity and once you've added the item to your cart, you'll be prompted to enter your personalization along with foil color, napkin color, font, etc.
You'll receive a color digital proof within 24 business hours that you will need to approve and then we'll move forward into production. Your order will ship within 10-14 business days from final proof approval. Need this item sooner? Please contact us for rush availability and fees.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Product availability is noted in the product description. However, if an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you via email and place it on back order. Some items ship directly from the manufacturer rather than our distribution center, which may require additional time for delivery.
We offer Standard (5-7 business days) and Express (1-2 business days) shipping, delivered via UPS, FedEx Ground, or USPS. Shipping times vary by item and are in addition to production time. Please note that items ordered together may ship separately.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30-day return policy on all stock items. Special/custom orders cannot be returned, and shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or special orders, including but not limited to custom-made bedding, furniture, room designs, artwork, custom lighting, christening wear, mattresses, changing pads, personalized items, and monogrammed items, are not eligible for returns. If there is an issue with any non-returnable item, please contact us within 7 business days for assistance.
