Made from heavy grade steel with a porcelain finish that allows for day to day use and has performance similar to ceramic pieces. Oven, freezer, and dishwasher safe. Do not leave in standing water. Dry promptly. The modern manufacturing process adds strength and durability as primers and enamels are fused to strong steel at high temperatures for chip, crack and rust resistance. For added protection, we ingeniously incorporate unique stainless steel rims to each enamelware piece.
