* Please note: Converse Sizing There is often confusion when it comes to Converse Chuck Taylor sizing. The first issue is that the shoes are produced as a unisex style. That means that every shoe has two sizes that are two units apart.
The tricky bit is that Kid's shoes go up to a 6.5, which is in the unisex category. So, a Men's 8 = Lady's 10 and a youth 6.5 = lady 8.5. Please know that the Converse Chuck Taylor sizing is not accurate compared to the rest of the shoe market. All Converse Chuck Taylors run larger than almost every other sneaker brand on the market. This means that if you normally wear an 8, you should order a 7 or 7.5 in Converse Shoes.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Product availability is noted in the product description. However, if an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you via email and place it on back order. Some items ship directly from the manufacturer rather than our distribution center, which may require additional time for delivery.
We offer Standard (5-7 business days) and Express (1-2 business days) shipping, delivered via UPS, FedEx Ground, or USPS. Shipping times vary by item and are in addition to production time. Please note that items ordered together may ship separately.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We offer a 30-day return policy on all stock items. Special/custom orders cannot be returned, and shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or special orders, including but not limited to custom-made bedding, furniture, room designs, artwork, custom lighting, christening wear, mattresses, changing pads, personalized items, and monogrammed items, are not eligible for returns.
