This bunk bed by Country Cottage is made with the highest quality and details and is extraordinary in design and visual appeal. Through the use of masterful, rich and highly unique custom hand finishes and distressing techniques each piece is truly unique and customized. Offering a wide variety of specialized finish options to choose from and the unique capability to color match any request you may have. All these pieces are lightly sanded to give it a beautiful patina and create a look of finely aged furniture. All finishes are also available in regular as well without any sanding for a clean crisp finish- its all up to you! To create a more weathered and antique look, the artist expertly applies tools to create a highly desired distressed finish which is available upon request in light, medium and heavy. The possibilities are endless and we are always up for the challenge to create a specific color or finish request and fulfill any specific needs you may have.

Delivery Options:

Standard Delivery (placed inside the main threshold of your building or home)
Premiere Delivery (consists of placement of the item in the room of your choice, unpacking the item and removal of the packaging debris, but does not include assembly)

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Product availability is noted in the product description. However, if an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you via email and place it on back order. Some items ship directly from the manufacturer rather than our distribution center, which may require additional time for delivery.

We offer Standard (5-7 business days) and Express (1-2 business days) shipping, delivered via UPS, FedEx Ground, or USPS. Shipping times vary by item and are in addition to production time. Please note that items ordered together may ship separately.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy on all stock items. Special/custom orders cannot be returned, and shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or special orders, including but not limited to custom-made bedding, furniture, room designs, artwork, custom lighting, christening wear, mattresses, changing pads, personalized items, and monogrammed items, are not eligible for returns. If there is an issue with any non-returnable item, please contact us within 7 business days for assistance.
