- Hat must have 4 colors (1) The Main Color is the color of the band (underneath the personalization) (2) is the color for the background of the snowflake pattern (3) snowflake color (4) center of snowflake color Personalization can be any color -the zig zag section happens as a result of these choices-( a combination of the snowflake and snowflake center colors)
- Infant = Usually fits most 0-2 years, approximately 17 inch circumference.
- Toddler = Usually fits most 2-4 years, approximately 20 inch circumference
- Child = 4T and up (up to teen), approximately 22 inch circumference.
With so many colors to choose from, create your own combination of hat/letter from the following colors:

HOLIDAY CUT OFF: Any orders placed after September 24th, may not be completed and shipped until after the New Year. We will still process orders and they will be started but we can no longer guarantee Holiday Delivery after this date.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Product availability is noted in the product description. However, if an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you via email and place it on back order. Some items ship directly from the manufacturer rather than our distribution center, which may require additional time for delivery.
We offer Standard (5-7 business days) and Express (1-2 business days) shipping, delivered via UPS, FedEx Ground, or USPS. Shipping times vary by item and are in addition to production time. Please note that items ordered together may ship separately.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30-day return policy on all stock items. Special/custom orders cannot be returned, and shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or special orders, including but not limited to custom-made bedding, furniture, room designs, artwork, custom lighting, christening wear, mattresses, changing pads, personalized items, and monogrammed items, are not eligible for returns. If there is an issue with any non-returnable item, please contact us within 7 business days for assistance.
